Returns & Exchanges

If, for any reason, you encounter a quality issue with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges: Quality Issues Only. Our return and exchange policy is applicable exclusively for items experiencing quality issues.

Return and Exchange Procedure:

  1. Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  2. Submit a Quality Issue Form: To initiate a return or exchange due to quality concerns, please fill out our Quality Issue Form.

  3. Provide Details: Specify the nature of the quality issue, and attach supporting images if necessary.

  4. Approval Process: Once the Quality Issue Form is submitted, our team will review your request promptly. We commit to approving or denying the request within 24 hours.

  5. Approval Confirmation: Upon approval, you will receive confirmation along with instructions on the next steps for returning or exchanging the item.

Important Notes:

  1. Returns and exchanges are only applicable within 7 days of the received date.
  2. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  3. Elitequo reserves the right to deny a return or exchange request if the item does not meet the specified conditions.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
